The private owners of the intellectual properties of Maromas and related brands have placed these and all commercial rights thereto in a private trust kept by Willi & Partner AG, Wetzikon, Switzerland. Marco Willi, of Willi & Partner AG, is the legal administrator.
In case of need for justified inquiry regarding any legal brand matters, Willi & Partner AG is available and the only institution authorized for such by the trust.
All relevant agreements are based on and governed by Swiss law. Exclusive jurisdiction and competence is with the Court of Zürich.
